Returns
Hey dolls, we have a strict 14 day return policy. You will be eligible for a return provided your order meets the below criteria after inspection:
- All original hang tags and plastic seals must be intact (uncut) and remain on each bundle.
- All hair must be returned in it's original state and packaging.
- The white KL sticker within your packaging box should not be unsealed or removed.
- Please ensure the hair has not been dyed, bleached or tampered with.
If your order does not meet the criteria stated above, we will be unable to issue you a refund and will return your order back to you. We therefore advise that you are 100% certain about your order before purchasing.
Exchange
If for any reason you require an exchange this will be available upon inspection if your request is placed within 14 days of your purchase.
Kemorah London will not be responsible for mail fees and proof of purchase must be provided along with hair. Please make all returns or exchanges through secured tracking as we will not be liable for lost parcels.
Please email contact@kemorahlondon.com for returns or exchanges and include your order number, reason for return/exchange and/or new required bundle lengths.
Once we have received your hair if your request is accepted and approved please allow up to 10 days for your exchange to be processed.
Please note: all sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All items purchased on sale are final.
FAQs
Raw hair refers to pure, unprocessed hair. It differs from virgin hair being that it is not chemically processed or steamed pressed. You therefore receive your bundles in it’s same natural texture when cut from the donor. This is why you won’t find the usual ‘body wave’ or ‘loose wave’ in our range of textures. Raw hair is as real as it gets! You’re guaranteed fuller bundles, higher quality & authentic, long lasting hair that is cuticle aligned meaning absolutely no tangles or matting for you.
All of our hair is sourced directly from Hanoi Vietnam or Cambodia. We have no middle men and work directly with donors.
We recommend 2-3 bundles for lengths 16” or below and 3-4 bundles for lengths 18” and longer, more or less depending on individual preferences.

You are able to cancel your order within 1 hour of it being placed. We begin processing your order immediately and are therefore unable to cancel orders after this time slot.
