Returns & Exchanges
Hey dolls, we have a strict 14 day return policy. You will be eligible for a return provided your order meets the below criteria after inspection:
- All original hang tags and plastic seals must be intact (uncut) and remain on each bundle.
- All hair must be returned in it's original state and packaging.
- The white KL sticker within your packaging box should not be unsealed or removed.
- Please ensure the hair has not been dyed, bleached or tampered with.
If your order does not meet the criteria stated above, we will be unable to issue you a refund and will return your order back to you. We therefore advise that you are 100% certain about your order before purchasing.
If for any reason you require an exchange this will be available upon inspection if your request is placed within 14 days of your purchase.
Kemorah London will not be responsible for mail fees and proof of purchase must be provided along with hair. Please make all returns or exchanges through secured tracking as we will not be liable for lost parcels.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for returns or exchanges and include your order number, reason for return/exchange and/or new required bundle lengths.
Once we have received your hair if your request is accepted and approved please allow up to 10 days for your exchange to be processed.
Please note: all sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All items purchased on sale are final.
